Yesterday I decided to venture out and find an outdoor reading spot!
I landed at the Church grounds!
See if you think it is a nice spot.
I know, a lot of people love a rainy, cold day to read but blue skies, warm days and enjoying the outdoor quiet works for me
My bench was in the shade. It was wonderful to sit in the shade. Read and look up at the beauty around me!
Of course, the upside to being in Arizona is that at night, it gets nice and cool, so you can have that roaring fire, blanket and a book too!!
Oh, and the book I am reading right now, The Inn at Rose Harbor by Debbie Macomber. I am loving it and I am reading it as part of Katherine’s Corners Book Club! If, you click the link you can join and get information about the book!!
Another book I just finished, Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. I Loved it!! Do you Like Dan Brown?
Have you read either books? What did you think of them? What are you reading now? Last but not least, do you have a favorite reading spot?
Katherine’s Corner inspired me to write about my favorite Things! Reading and my reading spot!

Love your last picture! Thanks for sharing:)
What a beautiful place to read. So pretty.
I would LOVE to spend the day reading a book there! WOW!!!!!!!!
I haven’t read either of them, but I’ve read other books by both of them!
The star filled sky must be gorgeous and inspiring out in the west. Haven’t read these books. My favorite spot used to be a chair in my parent’s home, it was in the corner of the room by the fireplace and windows for light and the cozy factor.
I am honored that you say I inspired your wonderful post.Truly honored for the mention.
I do love Dan Brown books too. Thank you for sharing at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop. Wishing you a beautiful weekend xo
I rarely read now. If I do, it’s flipping through a magazine while my son is playing on his own. Or a book right before bed. I should really charge my Nook! Great views you have! I tend not to like to read outside because of the bright sun
